Mushroom hamburger (patty)

This is a new type of hamburger steak that contains about 40% mushrooms (beech shimeji mushrooms, eringi mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and maitake mushrooms) and does not contain any animal protein. The mushrooms are made in Japan, and no chemical seasonings are used. The hamburger is low in calories and rich in dietary fiber due to the mushroom base.
